Dear Jordan,

Thank you for your message. Would you please enter the amendment to include “an online network environment that features” in both applications? The final Class 42 recitation would read as follows:

·         Class 42: Computer services, namely, creating an online community for registered users to engage in social networking, social introduction and dating; providing photo and video sharing services, namely, providing technology enabling users to upload, view and download digital photos and videos; providing an online network environment that features technology that enables users to engage in social networking, social introduction and dating, and communicate through textual content, video, photos and audiovisual means on mobile devices; providing temporary use of non-downloadable software applications for social networking, social introduction and dating, and transmission of audio, video, photographic images, text, graphics and data

Kind regards,

Tiffany

Dear Ms. Shimada,

I am the trademark examining attorney assigned to review the new applications for BLUSH and B BLUSH (and design). I am requesting that a very minor amendment is made to the services in Class 42 in each of the co-pending applications. I believe the below highlighted clause needs additional language to explain the environment in which the technology is rendered. I do not believe the end reference to “mobile devices” is sufficient. I have included two possible suggestions below. Please let me know how you wish to proceed.

Class 42: Computer services, namely, creating an online community for registered users to engage in social networking, social introduction and dating; providing photo and video sharing services, namely, providing technology enabling users to upload, view and download digital photos and videos; providing {must describe how/where such is rendered, e.g., an online network environment / a social networking website that features} technology that enables users to engage in social networking, social introduction and dating, and communicate through textual content, video, photos and audiovisual means on mobile devices; providing temporary use of non-downloadable software applications for social networking, social introduction and dating, and transmission of audio, video, photographic images, text, graphics and data

There are no further issues in the applications.

Kind regards,
