To the Commissioner for Trademarks:

Application serial no. 88117996 VERITAS (Stylized and/or with Design, see http://uspto.report/TM/88117996/mark.png) has been amended as follows:

CLASSIFICATION AND LISTING OF GOODS/SERVICES
Applicant hereby deletes the following class of goods/services from the application.
Class 037 for Construction project management services in the field of residential and commercial buildings

Applicant proposes to amend the following class of goods/services in the application:
Current: Class 036 for Real estate services, namely, rental property management, leasing of commercial and residential real property, real estate investment services, and real estate financing services
