Dear Ms. Anderfuren:

 

I have received the response to the Office action. There is one minor issue with the wording “telecommunications and broadcast communication services and support, namely, transmission and streaming of audio, visual, audio-visual content digital media content” in that my suggested amendment did not include a comma between “, audio-visual content” and “digital media content” and therefore the syntax of the wording appears to be amiss. I apologize for the inconvenience.

 

Accordingly, the following is suggested and may be adopted:

 

Class 38: Business to business telecommunications services for hotels, educational, healthcare establishments, and businesses, namely, providing telecommunications packages consisting of connections to the internet, television transmission services, and interstate telephone services; telecommunications and broadcast communication services and support, namely, transmission and streaming of audio, visual, audio-visual content, and digital media content

 

Class 42: No Change
