ARGUMENT(S)
In response to the substantive refusal(s), please note the following:

In response to the Office Action issued October 1, 2019, Applicant has elsewhere in this response modified the class 41 description to remove "networking." In response to the Examining Attorney's request for a class 35 specimen, Applicant respectfully points out that the specimen already filed on June 27, 2019 states that Applicant is providing a leadership program that includes a "Best-In-Class Partner Ecosystem." As shown on the specimen, part of Applicant's services is providing opportunities for entrepreneurs and mentors to network and make connections. Consistent with this, Applicant has here also provided a printout of its leadership workshop held on March 26, 2019, which included a networking happy hour for participants to network and discuss leadership management and business management. The FL Logo is shown both in the text header and also in the browser tab. Applicant has also attached a printout of its Cohorts program, which brings together founders and CEO's to connect, network and learn from each other. And finally, also attached is a June 26, 2019 printout of Applicant's website, which discussed Applicant's networking offerings ("GGV founders also have access to a community of peers both online and offline. They share insights with each other and stay connected through all stages of growth...Join us and leverage the leadership platform for the "just-in-time" know-how that's required at the critical junctures that change the game.")
