Thank you for taking the time with this morning to discuss several of the pending applications owned by Clark Associates, Inc. As discussed, I have updated the records for Application Serial Nos. 88098051, 88098060, 88110482, 88110488, 88110493, 88112575, 88114141, 88122918, 88123534, 88123904, and 88138349 to reflect the original correspondence email (i.e., egibble@clarkinc.biz) [please recall that this is because the change of correspondence request filed in November was improperly signed by a person that does not have the legal authority to bind applicant, and therefore, should not have been entered into the records].
Please note that in order to update the correspondence information in these records and the records of the other pending applications, you will need to file new requests that are properly signed by a person with legal authority to bind applicant (e.g., by an officer like yourself or Clark Associates’ attorney like Ms. Heard). Keep in mind that you are able electronically file the requests for up to twenty applications at one time, and you may find the USPTO’s form more convenient which is available online at http://www.gov.uspto.report/trademarks/teas/correspondence.jsp.
In the interim, you and Ms. Heard may want to take particular note to the Office Actions for Application Serial Nos. 88114141 (NOVO) and 88122918 (FRYCLONE) because they require written responses within a 6 month timeframe.
Also, similar to the examiner’s amendments for Serial Nos. 88098051 (BACKYARD PRO) and 88112575 (360 OFFICE SUPPLIES), I would like to do an Examiner’s Amendment disclaiming “BEVERAGE EQUIPMENT” for Serial No. 88138349 (NARVON BEVERAGE EQUIPMENT and design) rather than issuing an Office action. I apologize, but I missed the disclaimer issue when we discussed the file earlier today. If acceptable, I would greatly appreciate your approval by responding to this email (or calling me at the number below).
