I am examining the above-referenced trademark application. There is one issue, and I am writing to see if we can resolve it by agreement. In particular, the mark description must be amended for the purpose of clarity. I would propose the following amended mark description:
The mark consists of the wording “AIRPLANE MODE” in a stylized font. The wording “AIRPLANE” appears above the wording “MODE”. A stylized design of an airplane appears between the wording “AIRPLANE” and the wording “MODE”.
Would you let me know whether the applicant would agree to the amended mark description? If we are able to resolve this issue by the end of the day on Tuesday, December 25, I can make the agreed-upon change on my end so the application can proceed.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Very truly yours,
Jeanine
