EXPLANATION OF FILING
By way of the present amendment, Applicant is deleting all of the goods that rely on a 1(b) (intent-to-use) filing basis from the application. Specifically, Applicant is deleting "unprocessed grain" from the goods in International Class 31 and is deleting all of the goods in International Class 29. The remaining goods and services rely on a 1(a) (use in commerce) filing basis. The application thus is now in order to proceed to registration for the goods in International Class 32, for the remaining goods in International Class 31, and for the services in International Class 35.

CLASSIFICATION AND LISTING OF GOODS/SERVICES

Applicant hereby deletes the following class of goods/services from the application.
Class 029 for processed edible seeds, not being seasonings or flavorings; cut fruits
