Miscellaneous Statement
This is to respond to Office Action noting that marks in prior-filed pending applications may present a bar to registration of applicant's mark. The prior filed pending applications noted were Serial Nos. 87474449 and 87474457. I would note that the concern also applies to Serial No. 87474447. An Assignment of Ownership, including goodwill, from David J. Mondragon to Triton Automotive Group, LLC has been completed and filed with the USPTO as evidenced by the Notice of Recordation of Assignment issued 1/16/2019 no. 900481788. The Assignment of Ownership and Notice of Recordation are attached as evidence of these assignments.
