In response to the substantive refusal(s), please note the following:

The word inman is a transliteration of our correspondent Chinese brand. We have applied many trademarks which are in actual use: inman (No.4516191), inman (No.87953841), inman (No.88100171), inman (No.88100174), inman (No.88100175), inman (No.88100180), inman (No.88102989). As you can see we never have the surname problem before with the trademark inman (No.4516191), inman (No.87953841),inman (No.88102989) and I don't know why there should be a different review standard for the same brand inman. As is stated above, the USPTO should consider the registration of the applied-for trade mark inman (No.88100175).
