Good Afternoon Erin,

I’m just following up on our recent phone call regarding Serial No. 88099059, SHOPIVO.  Here are my suggested changes to the identification of services in Class 042:

·        Creation of online retail store websites for others in the nature of providing a web-based service featuring technology that allows users to create hosted e-commerce stores to sell their goods and services online; providing an online platform featuring online non-downloadable computer software technology that enables users to create a unique URL for an online store and enables users to manage the content and inventory of their online store; design, creation, hosting and maintenance of internet sites for third parties; Software as a Service (SAAS) featuring software for use in e-commerce and the retail industry to allow users to perform electronic business transactions via a global computer network; Software as a Service (SAAS) services featuring software for use in database management, sales and customer tracking and management, and inventory management for the retail industry; providing an online platform featuring online non-downloadable computer software for use in the retail and e-commerce industry for facilitating retail store services; Design, creation, hosting and maintenance of Internet sites for third parties in the field of e-commerce; providing a web site featuring temporary use of non-downloadable software that enables customers of others to view and purchase goods through a global computer network

If these amendments are acceptable, I will issue an Examiner’s Amendment and conduct my final review before approving the mark for publication.  If you have any questions, please feel free to email or call me, and I hope we can work through this small issue together.  Talk with you soon.

Best,

Jeff
