To the Commissioner for Trademarks:

The following is submitted for application serial number. 88098901

FORM INFORMATION

Pursuant to Section 806.03 of the TMEP, Applicant respectfully requests to amend the application to claim color of the applied-for mark.  In furtherance of this requests, Applicant herein submits an amended drawing of the mark and proposes the following amended description of the mark:  "The mark consists of the depiction of the letter "C" in the color blue and in a stylized font above a line of Chinese characters, all above the English wording "COMPLIANCE CREATES VALUES" in a stylized font.  Finally, Applicant also requests to amend the filing basis of this application from Section 1(b) to Section 44(e) based on the foreign registration associated with Chinese Reg. No. 33201735, the registration certificate and accompanying translation of which are hereby attached.  For purposes of clarity, Applicant requests to delete Section 1(b) and replace it with the Section 44(e) filing basis.  Applicant reaffirms that it has a bona fide intent to use the mark in commerce on or in connection with the goods and services listed in the application.
