In response to the substantive refusal(s), please note the following:

Trademark Deceptively registered is Parablu (4465009) with logo is part of our India company which was registered earlier, it is our subsidiary company. Since we have changed our company logo and we want to protect our IP under Parablu, INC (US Company Entity), it has been filed as a wordmark. Kindly exempt the objection raised for our group company logo 4465009 and approve the current wordmark filed herein.

Evidence in the nature of The evidence consists of proof of our Subsidiary Company and USA Company with same Company name. It includes evidence of usage of Parablu name. has been attached.
