EXPLANATION OF FILING
We would like a correction made to the address of the owner on the Registration Certificate for Start Anew, Reg. No. 5,738,806 registered on April 30, 2019. The correct address for owner is listed as "2800 Cleveland Avenue, Fort Meyers, Florida 33901", however, an additional address is listed that should be removed (i.e., "8540 Dayton Avenue"). We are not sure if the additional erroneous address (8540 Dayton Avenue) was entered by applicant and/or if a subsequent "drop down"/"auto populated fill in" was accidentally accepted while inputting the address for the owner. Can you please correct the Registration Certificate to delete the erroneous "8540 Dayton Avenue" address.
