Dear Mr. Dixon,

 

I am the examining attorney assigned to review the above-referenced trademark application on behalf of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. I recently approved the application for publication. However, the mark description must be amended to include the color of the wording on the cap. If accurate, you may amend to: “The mark consists of a silver cylindrical tube with a white top and a blue triangular cap with the wording "EASY TWIST CAP" superimposed over the cap in white. Above the cap is an orange curved band extending from the top of the cylindrical tube and curving to the left of the blue triangular shaped top with an arrow at the end of the curved band.”
