The color(s) black, red, white and blue is/are claimed as a feature of the mark.

Description of mark
The mark consists of a stylized design of a firefighter's oxygen mask, and helmet centered between two ladders with the design offire flames reflecting on the eye shield visor. The helmet appears on a firefighter's badge, and features the stylized letters FD on a plaque, and stylized American flags on either side of the plaque design. The color black appears in the text of the letters FD, the border surrounding the FD, the helmet, the fireman's mask, in the background of the eye shield visor, the respirator, the outline of the badge on which appears thefirefighter's helmet and mask, and the ladders. The color white appears in the background of the plaque on the helmet on which appears the letters FD, the stripes on the two flags on the helmet design, and in the outline of the visor, the mask, in the badge on which appears thefirefighter design, and the respirator. The color red appears in the helmet, the flames in the eye visor, the respirator, the badge on which appears the firefighter, and the stripes in the American flags on helmet. The color blue appears in the two flag design on the helmet.
