Miscellaneous Statement
Applicant submits that its amended description of services in international class 42 filed on June 5, 2019 contained a typographical error. The entry "User authentication in electronic transaction" was intended to be amended as follows: "Providing user authentication services using sign-on technology for online software applications in electronic transaction" I class 42. However, the term "single" was inadvertently included and the amended language was improperly submitted as follows: "Providing user authentication services using single sign-on technology for online software applications in electronic transaction" in class 42. Applicant submits that there is no such thing as "single" sign-on technology and thus, requests that this entry be amended in a manner that properly describes the intended services. Based on the foregoing, Applicant respectfully requests that the USPTO record be updated to properly and definitely describe the services at issue as follows: "Providing user authentication services using sign-on technology for online software applications in electronic transaction" in class 42.
