Subject: Alloy (Serial No. 88084742) U.S. Trademark Application Examiner's Amendment Proposal
Importance: High
Dear Ms. Sheehan,
I am Obieze Mmeje, the Trademark Examining Attorney at the United States Patent and Trademark Office that is examining your client’s application for the mark ALLOY (Serial No. 88084742) and I would like to discuss the following issue with you:
Identification of Services Requirement: The wording “Entertainment namely, providing entertainment, pop culture, tv, movies, celebrity news, and music online; providing general entertainment” in the identification of services must be clarified because it is unclear whether applicant is providing pop culture, TV, movies, and/or general entertainment services or entertainment services in relation to pop culture, TV, movies, etc. The trademark examining attorney apologizes for proposing this indefinite wording in the Office action dated 12/19/2018.
However, applicant may substitute the following wording if accurate:
International Class 041: “Providing entertainment information in relation to pop culture, tv, movies, celebrity news, and music online; providing general entertainment information relating to pop culture, tv, movies, celebrity news, and music information via a global computer network website; Providing on-line publications in the nature of quizzes in the fields of entertainment, fashion, lifestyle, pop culture, tv, movies, celebrity news, music and relationships for entertainment purposes”
If you agree, I can make the aforementioned changes to the identification of services for you and the application will proceed toward registration. Please let me know how you would like to proceed and whether you have any questions as soon as possible. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
Sincerely,
Obieze Mmeje
