U.S. Trademark Application Nos. 88083026 (ECOTHERM) and 88083035 (REALFILL); Attorney Docket Nos. 130358.00076 and 130358.00077

Dear Mr. Dewan,

My name is Miroslav Novakovic and I am the assigned trademark examining attorney for the above-referenced applications.   The applications will be ready to move forward once the applicant clarifies the identification of goods in both applications.  The current identification, particularly, “infill materials for use with synthetic turf,” is unacceptable because it does not identify the goods with sufficient specificity.  Applicant must identification to indicate the specific types of “Infill materials” with which the mark will be used.

The following identification is suggested, based on the identification of goods in applicant’ Registration No. 5142070 (COOLFILL):

IC 017 – “Infill materials, namely, ground cork, coconut fiber, and rice husk, for use with synthetic turf.”

Please let me know by phone or email if you agree to allow me to correct the above by an examiner's amendment or if you have any questions about the applications.

Thank you for your cooperation.

Sincerely,

Miroslav Novakovic, Esq.
