Hi David,

I have reviewed the responses that you filed in Applications 88079352 and 88079374.  Although the identification of goods issue was not addressed, I have reviewed the descriptions of the goods contained in the 2d argument.  If you agree to the following identification of goods, I can withdraw the 2d refusal to register:

 

Class 9:  :  microfluidic flow cytometers and flow-based analyzers providing whole cell measurement and analysis of the microbial population of environmental samples for scientific, laboratory and general research uses.

 

I realize this is a quick turnaround request, but would appreciate an answer today, as I am leaving for vacation tomorrow and need to move these cases out of my docket before then.  Please let me know if you authorize examiner’s amendments in both cases to amend the identification.
