Page 1 of that PDF was a screen capture of the entire contents of the webpage https://www.ptcb.org/about-ptcb that was created on March 9, 2020 using the scrolling window function of the SNAGIT screen capture software, and page 2 of the PDF was a full screen capture of that same webpage that shows the URL (https://www.ptcb.org/about-ptcb) and Date (March 9, 2020) of capture. Similarly, page 3 of the PDF specimen for class 35 was a screen capture of the entire contents of the webpage https://www.ptcb.org/news that was created on March 9, 2020 using the scrolling window function of the SNAGIT screen capture software, and page 4 of the PDF was a full screen capture of that same webpage that shows the URL (https://www.ptcb.or/news) and Date (March 9, 2020) of capture. The specimens for Class 42, which were accepted, are presented in the same format of a scrolling window image followed by a full screen image showing the URL and Date. Therefore, Applicant respectfully submits that the specimen for class 35 submitted with the Statement of Use filed in the instant application on March 12, 2020 was a properly formatted webpage specimen that included the required URL and date on which the specimen was printed and accessed, and requests that the Statement of Use be accepted in its entirety, and that the application should proceed to registration. While Applicant does not believe it to be necessary given that the filing of March 12, 2020 was in proper form, Applicant nonetheless further hereby states the following: The signatory being warned that willful false statements and the like are punishable by fine or imprisonment, or both, under 18 U.S.C. 1001, and that such willful false statements and the like may jeopardize the validity of the application or submission or any registration resulting therefrom, declares that all statements made of his own knowledge are true and all statements made on information and belief are believed to be true.
