I am the trademark examining attorney to whom these applications have been assigned. There is one minor issue with each that we can resolve by examiner’s amendment based on your reply to this email or a phone call.

 

The applicant must disclaim “WORLD WAR II” because it describes a feature, content or subject matter of the goods. The statement should read as:

 

-        No claim is made to the exclusive right to use “WORLD WAR II” apart from the mark as shown.
