Holt's prior-pending trademark applications, serial numbers 87882858 and 88067279, which were the subject of multiple Office Actions dated November 30, 2018. Garner Holt agreed not to oppose
Animaker's trademark applications (App. Nos. 88075768, 88075750, 88075776, and 88075784) and to expressly abandon the conflicting applications noted in the Examiner's Office Actions. Thereafter,
Animaker filed a Notice of Withdrawal of Opposition with Prejudice with the TTAB on October 2, 2019 (see attached). The TTAB filed an Order Granting Withdrawal on October 3, 2019 (see attached).
Subsequently, Garner Holt expressly abandoned the above-identified trademark applications (see attached). Animaker, Inc. now returns to the Examiner requesting the Letters of Suspension to be lifted
releasing Animaker's four trademark applications for publication (App. Nos. 88075768, 88075750, 88075776, and 88075784). As for the identification of goods and services, the Examiner noted in the
Letters of Suspension that the objections are maintained and continued. Animaker wishes to inform the Examiner that Animaker accepted the Examiner's suggestions in its Responses to Office Actions
filed on May 16, 2019 and therefore respectfully believes at this time there are no remaining issues preventing the applications from moving forward to publication. If the Examiner thinks
differently, Animaker requests the Examiner to please identify those issues so that Animaker may promptly address them. By way of this message, Animaker wishes to confirm with the Examiner that
