IDENTIFICATION OF GOODS AMENDED

 

The identification of goods is amended to read as follows:  “attachment elements in the nature of ring shaped fittings of metal, metal hooks, metal shackles, metal chain links, metal chain connectors, ring screws of metal, eyebolts, metal eyes bolts, swivels being metal hardware, claws, grippers of metal, metal chain locks, eyelets being metal fasteners, carabiners of metal, for connecting a load to a lifting or lashing device, designed to provide alignment of the attachment elements in an optimum position relative to the load; attachment elements in the nature of ring shaped fittings of metal, metal hooks, metal shackles, metal chain links, metal chain connectors, ring screws of metal, eyebolts, metal eyes bolts, swivels being metal hardware, claws, grippers of metal, metal chain locks, eyelets being metal fasteners, carabiners of metal, for connecting a load to lifting or lashing device, designed to provide alignment of the attachment elements in an optimum position relative to the load, and equipped with transponders, RFID devices, or both.”  See TMEP §§1402.01, 1402.01(e).
