I have reviewed this application, and only have one minor issue] that we can correct with an Examiner’s amendment (EA).

 

The mark description can’t include someone else’s mark.  So we just need to change the description a little

 

I propose we amend as follows:

 

Mark Description

The following description of the mark replaces the current description of record:

 

               The mark consists of a cube formed by three-dimensional plus signs.

 

See 37 C.F.R. §§2.37, 2.72; TMEP §§808 et seq.

 

 

 

Please let me know at your earliest convenience if you would agree to this change.  If so, I will enter via EA, and then approve the case.
