| Applicant responds to the Office Action issued in the instant application on November 28, 2018. The Examining Attorney refused registration on the
basis that the instant application "appears to be an exact duplicate of U.S. Registration No. 4384319." Applicant is the owner of US Registration No. 4384319, and, in accordance with the Examining
Attorney's suggested responses in the Office Action, Applicant filed a request to surrender/cancel this registration with the USPTO on May 28, 2019. A copy of the filing receipt issued by the USPTO
is attached hereto. Applicant expects that the registration will be cancelled by the USPTO in due course and respectfully requests that the Examining Attorney remove the refusal accordingly.
