by Players Club DSM, LLC. The Examiner also cited application serial number 87/314,602 for RICOCHET, which is also owned by Players Club DSM, LLC. However, both Players Club DSM, LLC and the
Applicant agree that no likelihood of confusion exists between the present RICOCHET application for wines and Registrant's services offered under the same name. Accordingly, the parties have executed
the attached Letter of Consent stating the reasons why no likelihood of confusion exists between the marks. Therefore, Applicant believes that the present mark should now be approved for publication.
