Hi Jennifer,

 

I received your response and wanted to clarify the mark drawing. The mark in the U.S. Application is “INCAFÉ”, however the mark on the foreign registration is “INCAFE” (no accent over the “E”).  With your approval I can amend the mark drawing in the U.S. Application via Examiner’s Amendment to “INCAFE”. After that the file should be in a condition to publish.
