I spoke to my client and we are taking your suggestion of IC 35. Here is the description I wanted to propose to you to see if it would work:
IC 35: Providing an on-line searchable database featuring writers for hire, namely, operating an on-line marketplace where those in need of writing services can hire professional copywriters; Providing an online computer database featuring writers for hire, namely, operating an on-line marketplace where those in need of professional writing services can hire professional copywriters; Writing of resumes for others.

IC 41: Custom writing services, namely, writing of articles and essays for educational consulting and counseling purposes, excluding writing for advertising or publicity and technical writing; Educational consulting and editing services, namely, written text editing, copy editing, educational counseling services to assist students in planning and preparing for further education.
If this does not work, do you have any good ideas/suggestions what would work? The suggestions in your office action I have found in the manual, but they don't quite fit what he offers and thought maybe you would have a better idea of what could work. His services are providing custom writing services for a variety of topics for educational purposes. It is not technical writing, and it is not writing for advertising or publicity.
