EXPLANATION OF FILING
We recently became aware that the state of incorporation for the above-mentioned trademark filing was incorrectly filed on the original application as the state of Texas, as opposed to Delaware. Neither the state of incorporation has changed, nor has ownership of this trademark. This was simply a clerical error which was made in good faith. As such, we are requesting that the state of incorporation be corrected to Delaware for this trademark. We apologize for this clerical error, and we appreciate your assistance in getting this issue corrected. Thank you.
