Dear Ms. Dudley,
Thank you for your email regarding this application. Unfortunately, pursuant to TMEP Section 304.02, I am unable to provide an advisory opinion as to the sufficiency of the proposed response. If you submit a formal response to the Office Action, I will consider whether the response is sufficient to overcome or satisfy the outstanding refusals and requirements. Each section of the Office Action includes detailed explanations of the issues as well as suggested ways to respond and hyperlinks to the forms in the TEAS system to do so. I am prohibited from providing you with legal advice as it is a conflict of interest. While, I can explain specific questions concerning the content of the Office Actions, I cannot tell you how you should respond or advise you beyond what is contained in the Office Actions. TMEP §§705.02, 709.06. Because of the legal technicalities and strict deadlines involved in the USPTO application process, you may wish to hire a private attorney specializing in trademark matters to represent you in this process and provide legal advice.
Please note that e-mail communications will not be accepted as a response to the Office action and will not extend the deadline for filing a proper response. See 37 C.F.R. §2.191; TMEP §§304.01-.02, 709.04-.05. If you need help using the TEAS system to file a response please contact the Trademark Assistance Center at 1-800-786-9199 or trademarkassistancecenter@uspto.gov.
I am sorry that I cannot be of more assistance at this time. If you seek further explanation of any of the matters raised in the outstanding Office action, please do not hesitate to contact me.
Sincerely,
Sarah

Subject: Rocket Science
Hello Sarah.
You have both of my names :
Posh Plants/ 88062260 and
Rocket Science/ 88062935
Will you please telephone me at 706-951-2992 or email me at mintiedudley@live.com, with an explanation on all office actions regarding both names. Please explain the office actions in clarity to me, and what I need to provide for you so that I can clear this matter up.
I did check into a skincare company in Michigan with the company name being ROCKETSCIENCESKINCARE. Their name is for their company only and the name of their actual product is KPS Essentials. My name, if registered will be Rocket Science and will be skincare for men only and does not currently exist.
Thanks so much for your continued help.
Mintie Dudley
