The trademark examining attorney is amending the application as follows.  No prior approval or authorization from applicant or applicant’s attorney is required.  TMEP §707.02.

Specimen Unacceptable

The specimen refusal is maintained.  The substitute specimens in the most recent response do not include web page addresses and capture date information.  A denial of request for reconsideration will follow this amendment.

Classification

The application is amended to classify the services in International Class 42. TMEP §1401.03(b); see 37 C.F.R. §2.85. Thus, the description of services reads “Class 42--Non-downloadable computer application software for use across a variety of platforms, namely, software for business networking.”
