To the Commissioner for Trademarks:

Applicant proposes to amend the mark as follows:

The color(s) purple, yellow and white is/are claimed as a feature of the mark.
The mark consists of the wording "BS" in stylized font created by a purple and yellow tape measure with the ends of the tape measure shaded in white and outlined in purple. The left side of the "BS" tape measure is wrapped around the design of a woman appearing in white and outlined in purple wearing a shaded purple choker necklace, white shaded hoop earrings outlined in purple and whose body is formed by white and purple scissors. The wording and design appear on a white background.
