Hello Paul Kruse,

 

I am the attorney assigned to U.S. Trademark Application No. 88059895 for MAGICAL SEASON. I have reviewed the Response to Office Action and there is minor issue preventing its approval.

 

A couple of the items listed in the goods need a little more specificity to be considered definite by USPTO standards. The following ID amendments are recommended (suggestions in bold):

 

Class 025: Children's apparel, namely, tops as clothing, shirts, shorts and short sets, pants and pant sets, dresses, jackets, vests, gloves, belts, hats, caps being headwear, and shoes

 

If these changes are acceptable please respond ASAP and I will amend the ID via Examiner’s amendment.
