Subject: Examiner's amendment suggested - U.S. Trademark Application Serial No. 88056247 ("LDL")
Importance: High
Dear Mr. Alaniz,
I have reviewed U.S. Trademark Application Serial No. 88056247 ("LDL") and will be able to approve it for publication, if you agree to an Examiner’s Amendment for the mark description.
The current mark description is: “The mark consists of stylized letters "LDL" offset vertically and with the letter D overlapping the letters L.”
However, the “D” appears to overlap one of the “L”s.
Either of the following mark descriptions are acceptable:
1) The mark consists of the stylized letters “LDL”.
2) The mark consists of stylized letters "LDL" offset vertically and with the first “L” overlapping the letter “D” and the letter “D” overlapping the second letter “L”.
Please respond by 12pm EST on Friday, November 16, 2018 and indicate if you agree to the Examiner’s Amendment, and if so, whether you would like to amend to suggested mark description 1) or 2). With your approval, I will enter the Examiner’s Amendment and immediately approve the mark for publication.
I apologize for the short turnaround request. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions.
Best,
Sandra
