APPLICATION HAS BEEN AMENDED: In accordance with the authorization granted by Grant J. Steyer on May 14, 2019, the trademark examining attorney has amended the application as indicated below. Amendment of Identification of Services
The identification of services is amended to read as follows:
Downloadable computer software for enabling users to electronically analyze smart contracts and detect security issues; Downloadable computer software for use as an application programming interface (API) for performing software security analysis and detecting software vulnerabilities; Computer software libraries, namely, downloadable electronic data files featuring software development tools for enabling users to electronically create, exchange, store, send, receive, accept, and transmit digital information using blockchain technology; Downloadable Computer software and software development tools for accessing and using data stored in a network, in International Class 009.
