Good afternoon Attorney Keenan,

 

Thank you for your response to my  Office action.  I hope to resolve one issue by Examiner’s Amendment.  The identification of goods includes the wording “etc.” which is indefinite and must be clarified.  The suggested amended Identification of goods reads as follows: gas turbine power generation and propulsion systems inclusive of two or more turbo pumps operating on a shared compliment of heat exchangers, power turbines and other such shared components including generators, control systems

 

Please respond to this email informing me whether the amended Identification of Goods is acceptable by Monday, December 10, 2018 at 1:00 pm.  After that time, a formal Office action will be issued.
