United States Trademark Application Serial No. 88041177 / VANRYSEL

Dear Attorney Upton Douglass:

I am the Trademark Examining Attorney at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office examining your application for VANRYSEL. For the most part, the application looks great. There are a few minor issues, but these are issues I can resolve on my end, by way of Examiner’s Amendment – I just need your permission to do so.

Identification of the Goods

The identification of goods for Classes 012 and 025 could use some minor clarification. I propose that the identification is amended to read as follows:

Class 012: Bicycles; pumps for bicycle tires; bicycle parts, namely, brakes, handlebars, direction indicator signals, pedals, spokes for bicycle wheels, saddles, mudguards, inner tubes for tires, forks for cycles, shock absorbers, and luggage racks; saddlebags adapted for bicycles; bicycle frame bags; bicycle handlebar bags; pannier bags for bicycles; saddle covers and wheel covers for bicycles; fitted bicycle covers; bicycle carriers for vehicles; anti-theft devices for vehicles, namely, bicycles

Class 025: Clothing, namely, underwear, pants, jackets, shirts, t-shirts, shorts, gloves, raincoats, socks, athletic tights; rainwear, namely, jackets and pants; footwear, excluding orthopedic footwear; hats; caps being headwear; headbands

Please note that the identification for the remainder of the classes remains unchanged.

Do I have your permission to enter the suggested changes by way of Examiner’s Amendment? If you agree to the above amendments, I can enter the changes on our system and suspend the application pending receipt of the foreign registration.

Please let me know, by phone or email, by the end of the day on November 4, 2018 , if you agree to allow me to correct the above, or if you have any questions about the application.

I look forward to hearing from you!

Best regards,

Xheneta
