The mark consists of a first line containing the word "RESPONDERS" in black uppercase lettering. Between the letter "P" and the letter "N" in RESPONDERS is a stylized letter "O" created by an incomplete circle, containing a backward facing capital letter "R" and a forward facing capital letter "R". Connecting the two "R"s is a red cross. The second line contains black lettering Resource Center.
