AMENDED IDENTIFICATION OF GOODS AND SERVICES IN CLASS 28: The identification of goods in Class 28 is amended to read as follows:  “athletic and sporting equipment, namely, golf tees, golf divot repair tools and golf ball markers; athletic equipment, namely, basketballs, baseballs, soccer balls, golf bags, golf balls, and golf club covers; Christmas tree ornaments.”  See TMEP §§1402.01, 1402.01(e).

 

ENTITY CLARIFICATION: The following statement is added to the record: “John Brown University, a non-profit association, did not exist as a legal entity on the application filing date.” See TMEP 1201.02(c).
