EXAMINER’S AMENDMENT

Application has been amended as shown below.  As agreed to by Michael A. Marrero on September 5, 2019, the examining attorney has amended the application as shown below.  Please notify the examining attorney immediately of any objections.  TMEP §707.  Otherwise, no response is required.  Id.  In addition, applicant is advised that amendments to the goods and/or services are permitted only if they clarify or limit them; amendments that add to or broaden the scope of the goods and/or services are not permitted.  37 C.F.R. §2.71(a).

The identification of services is amended to read as follows: 

“Installation, repair and maintenance of audio-visual equipment, hardware systems and networking apparatus; Consulting services in the field of repair and maintenance of, and oversight in the nature of monitoring for maintenance and repairs for, audio-visual, lighting, computer-network, and telecommunications equipment and systems” in Class 37.

“Consulting services in the field of design, selection, implementation of audio-visual, lighting, computer-network, and telecommunications equipment and systems for others; Programming of audio-visual systems and interfaces for audio-visual systems; Engineering and design services in the field of audio-visual systems; Hosting and management of digital content on the Internet for others; Creation and management of digital content in the nature of websites, for others” in Class 42.

See TMEP §§1402.01, 1402.01(e). Any other class(es) will remain unchanged by this amendment.
