Registrations as grounds for refusal, based on the possible likelihood of confusion between the cited marks and the subject application. All cited marks are owned by Weight Watchers International,
Inc. Applicant WW Foods, LLC is owned jointly by Weight Watchers International, Inc. and H.J. Heinz Company. Please find attached as Exhibit A, the License Agreement between WW Foods, LLC and Weight
Watchers International, Inc., outlining the proprietary rights of Applicant regarding trademark registration (see Section 8 (a)). Prior Pending Applications The cited applications are, again, owned
by Weight Watchers International, Inc., also owner of Applicant WW Foods, LLC. Applicant believes the enclosed License Agreement shows the unity of control required to overcome the cited objections.
