I’m reviewing the application for the mark TRANSCEND and there are concerns with the identification of services that need to be addressed. The ID manual entry related to conventions in Class 41 is for “organizing conventions,” and the language should be amended to show that all the foregoing services are in the field of dance. The following is suggested, if accurate:
Educational and entertainment services, namely, conducting classes, workshops, competitions, and organizing conventions, all in the field of dance
