Dear Attorney Acosta:

I have received your response for S.C.P. The punctuation in the identification needs to be amended. Because commas have been used instead of semi-colons, the identification reads as if there are duplicate entries. Proper punctuation in identifications is necessary to delineate explicitly each product or service within a list and to avoid ambiguity. The following is suggested:

International Class 025: Clothing, namely, swimwear, shirts, t-shirts, pants, tops, bottoms, skirts, dresses, shorts, vests, sleepwear, scarves, robes, pajamas, sweaters, athletic suits in the nature of sweat suits, sportswear in the nature of sports jerseys, belts, gloves, ties, jackets, coats, parkas and ponchos, leggings, sports bras, fleece sweatshirts, baby, infant and toddler bibs not of paper; infant, toddler, girls and boys playwear and active wear in the nature of shirts, jeans, t-shirts, pants, tops, bottoms, skirts, dresses, shorts, vests, belts, jackets sweatshirts, sweatpants, sleepwear, tank tops, fleece tops, knit tops, loungewear, baseball tees, baby bodysuit, socks, tights, hats, mittens, gloves, scarves, layettes and swimwear and outerwear, namely, coats; layettes, baby shoes, hat and bootie set, bath robes, clothing wraps, hosiery, intimates, namely, bras, hosiery and underwear; headgear, in the nature of headwear, namely, hats, caps, visors and bandanas; footwear

I would be happy to make the change by way of an examiner’s amendment and would appreciate your response by 5 p.m. EST on October 9th

Sincerely,

/Tricia L. Brown/
