Subject: Examiner's Amendments for Multiple Applications with same minor issue (HEBG957US-HEBG960US)

 

Dear Ms. Freeman,

 

We are in receipt of several office actions, all raising the same identification of goods issue.  We would like to resolve by Examiner’s Amendment to agree to the proposed amendment listed in the office actions.  In particular, in all of the below applications, you have requested that we amend “insulated bags for food or beverage” to “insulated bags for food or beverage for domestic use.”  Applicant is agreeable to this amendment. Can you enter an Examiner’s Amendment for each of the below listed applications amending the identification of goods accordingly?
