I did see the email and attempted to withdraw the case from publication in the Official Gazette. However, it was in the black out period where we are not able to withdraw the case. As a result, it will be published with the services that should be deleted, and after I will delete those services.

Pursuant to my May 28 email (included in the attached May 29, 2019 “Note to the File), the identification in Class 35 should have been amended to delete the following:
“Advertising services; business management; business administration services; providing office functions; public relations.”
Based upon the attached Publication Stylesheet, the application when published included these services in Class 35.
Please let me know if you require anything further from me to correct this.
