Applicant's city should be shown as "Shatin, New Territories". However, the city field in the application has a character limit that prevents Applicant from including the "S" at the end of New Territories. Due to the character limit in the city field the only way to add the "S" at the end of New Territories is to remove the space between "Shatin" and "New Territories". Applicant requests, if possible, that the Examining Attorney manually add the space between "Shatin" and "New Territories" so it reads "Shatin, New Territories". If it is not possible to add the space, please leave the city filed as amended "Shatin,New Territories". If the Examining Attorney has any questions, the Examining Attorney is requested to contact the counsel of record.
