Application serial no. 88020133 COAST VODKA(Standard Characters, see http://uspto.report/TM/88020133/mark.png) has been amended as follows:

ARGUMENT(S)
In response to the substantive refusal(s), please note the following:

Coast Vodka is a "private label" vodka in a bag-in-box format, available exclusively at ABC Fine Wine & Spirits stores across the state of Florida. It's a vodka made in Florida for Floridians, hence the coastal reference. Also a donation of $1 per every box sold is made to the Florida Coastal Conservation Association and the vodka will become an official partner/sponsor starting in 2020 (replacing Tito's Vodka - current sponsor)

Evidence in the nature of CCA Notes refer to the summary of the meeting with the Coastal Conservation Association decision makers. The photos of the box, printed ad and t-shirts present the character of the product and the coast of Florida reference. has been attached. Evidence-1
