I am writing regarding the trademark application for "Glycolix Elite" (SN 88017344).  The goods appear to contain glycolic acid as an ingredient.  Please see:  http://topixpharm.com/product/15-body-lotion-2/  Even though the mark includes a more fanciful spelling of the term, it is still descriptive of an ingredient in the goods, and therefore, it needs to be disclaimed.  The disclaimer would be of the correctly spelled term “glycolic”.  May I enter the disclaimer for you with an Examiner’s Amendment?
