The color(s) blue, white, and yellow is/are claimed as a feature of the mark.
The mark consists of the wording "Nanuk" in white lettering against a blue background, with a graphic element above such wording, including a stylized rendering of a white polar bear against a stylized blue ice peak above which is a starry blue sky containing a primary 5-pointed yellow star and secondary white pinpoint stars, in an incised partial circle within a white rectangle against the blue background.

Miscellaneous Statement
This responds to the October 16, 2018 Office Action, in which the only issue raised was the presence of the trademark designation "TM" in the drawing submitted in the application. In response to the Examining Attorney's requirement of a new drawing deleting the "TM" therein, a new drawing of the trademark is submitted herewith, in which the "TM" designation has been removed. It therefore is requested that the application be accepted for publication of the mark.
