Subject: Trademark Application - QTS (Serial No. 88010036)
Importance: High
Hi Ms. Bishop,
I am the examining attorney assigned to the trademark application for “QTS” (Serial No. 88010036). I left you a voicemail earlier, but I wanted to reach out via email as well. There are a few issues with the application that must be resolved before the mark proceeds forward. Fortunately, these issues can be resolved with an examiner’s amendment.
Specifically, the wording “visors” in the identification of goods is indefinite because this could refer to “visors being headwear” in International Class 25 or visors as part of protective helmets in International Class 9. Therefore, this entry must be revised to clarify the nature of the visors. In addition, the entity type and state of incorporation of the applicant was omitted from the application.
If you would please review and let me know how you would like to proceed, I would appreciate it. You can reach me at 571-272-5152 if you have any questions.
Thanks,
Thomas
